Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 February 2026
At Exoralis Capital Ventures S.A.S. we treat privacy as an essential right, not a formality. This policy explains how we handle the personal information of those who visit exoralis.com, request information about projects or take part in the real estate crowdlending opportunities we offer.
1. Who is responsible for the processing
The data controller is Exoralis Capital Ventures S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892456-3, with legal address at Av. Juana Manso 1750, 8th floor, Puerto Madero, C1107CBH, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us at any time at privacy@exoralis.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data needed to answer your queries and, where applicable, to allow you to take part in a project: name, email, message sent via the contact form, and basic technical data such as IP address, device type and browser language. We do not collect information from minors under 18 or special categories of data without an explicit legal basis.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your data to respond to commercial enquiries, send you information about projects you have asked about, comply with regulatory obligations before the National Securities Commission and the Financial Information Unit, and improve the site. The legal basis is your free and informed consent, the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable in the Argentine Republic.
4. Consent Mode v2 and third-party tools
We use Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your choices before enabling any measurement or advertising tools. Until you provide consent, all non-essential categories remain denied by default. We also work with providers such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, which only receive information once you accept the corresponding cookies.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it, when strictly necessary, with technology infrastructure providers, external auditors, authorised financial entities and competent authorities in accordance with the framework of the Argentine Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25,326).
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process information outside Argentina. In those cases we require appropriate contractual clauses or recognised mechanisms that guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the one required by Argentine regulations.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and, afterwards, during the legal retention periods that apply (for example, tax obligations or anti-money laundering requirements). Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection over your data at any time. To do so, write to privacy@exoralis.com stating your request and a way to verify your identity. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls to protect the information: encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring and regular security reviews. No system is perfect, so we work continuously to reduce risk.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, technological or business changes. When changes are significant, we will communicate them on the site and, where relevant, by email.
